At this year's ZEISS Symposium "Optics in the Medical World" international researchers and industry representatives discussed innovative technologies in medicine. A portion of the virtual event was dedicated to the presentation of the ZEISS Research Award. Prof. Dr. Jian-Wei Pan, Professor at the University of Science and Technology of China in Hefei, was honored for his research, which laid important foundations for optical quantum communication. #Innovation #Technology

The team of the new ZEISS Innovation Hub in Dresden, Germany, has moved into its new premises in the building of the Else Kröner Fresenius Center for Digital Health. 📦 The proximity to academic partners, startups and innovative companies in the region allows ZEISS to benefit from an exceptional research and innovation ecosystem. The first innovation program focuses on organoid research.


ZEISS and the Dresden University of Technology are using the ZEISS Innovation Hub in Dresden to further expand their strategic collaboration, which is a cornerstone of ZEISS' innovation strategy.
