Johnson Security Limited (JSL) entered administration in February 2020. The appointed administrator traded the company whilst exploring the available options. The purchase of the trade and assets of JSL from the administrator was made by a senior employee of JSL. The purchase includes the company name, intellectual property, assets, and work in progress.
